Video cooking demonstration and recipe for Delicate little steamed morsels of Salmon and Prawn wrapped in wonton wrappers and steamed in the Thermochef. Light healthy quick and easy to make tasty finger food, entree, appetiser or first course. Do give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.
INREDIENTS:
70 grams atlantic salmon cut into little strips.
250 grams raw prawns shelled, de-veined with tails intact.
wonton wrappers
Sliced Spring onions, Tamari and sweet chilli sauce to serve.
METHOD:
wrap each prawn and one strip of salmon in a wonton wrapper leaving the tail out and steam for 12 minutes in the thermochef on Varoma temperature until cooked. Serve with Tamari Sauce and Sweet Chilli.
